In the past, Blizzard has been known to accompany epic moments in WoW's history with equally epic cinematics. That they are still able to do this is shown by many cutscenes in the Covenant campaign or the visually stunning trailers for the game and the individual patches. However, in the current raid, the Sanctum of Domination, they've skimped a bit on this. Because many situations lend themselves well to highlight them with a short in-game cinematic.
At least that's the opinion of YouTuber Felimations. He has made the effort and equipped two places in the raid, where the accompanying characters in the game hold a dialogue that is important for the further path in the Sanctum, with self-made cinematics. While you can't necessarily expect the same high quality as from Blizzard - if only because they don't have the same resources at their disposal - the work is still quite respectable.
All that's missing now is an addon or another way to automatically integrate these cinematics at the respective points in the game. However, that won't be so easy to do, since they are not part of the WoW files.
How do you like the new cutscenes? Do you think Blizzard should use more such cutscenes, which are probably quite easy and quick to create, or do they rather disturb the flow of the game and would you rather have few, but longer and higher quality video sequences?Support buffed - it only takes a minute.
