There is news regarding the Legendary Bow of Sylvanas Windrunner in the new WoW raid Sanctuary of Domination. All hunters who have captured the 233-gen version of Rae'shalare, Whisper of Death in Heroic Difficulty Mode before the last hotfix will receive an upgrade to item level 246 via customer service.
The mystery of Sylvanas' Bow has finally been solved! Although Blizzard's developers have not issued an official statement on the matter, it was probably a mistake. The bow was supposed to drop on level 233 (Normal), 246 (Heroic), and 259 (Mythic), depending on the difficulty of the Sanctum of Domination. However, in the first week of the raid, the Banshee Queen dropped her weapon as loot in all modes with item level 233. After the hotfix the previous week, the bow then correctly showed up at level 246 in Heroic mode. All hunters who were able to capture Rae'shalare, Whisper of Death in the first week were left out in the cold.
This has now been taken care of by World of Warcraft Customer Support (buy now €14.99 ). A friendly gamemaster answered the ticket of a hunter named Moofzy, who defeated Sylvanas in the first week in heroic mode and got the 233 bow. A short time later, the Orc hunter found an upgrade item for Rae'shalare, Whisper of Death in his inbox.
WoW: GM solves the problem - subsequent upgrades for Rae'shalare (2) Source: Reddit If you have the same problem, then write a ticket! A GM will surely help you as soon as possible and upgrade the legendary bow to item level 246.
It is still unclear what the status is of the two upgrade items Wisp's Tendon (upgrades the bow to item level 246) and Ethereal Feathering(upgrades the bow to item level 259) from the raid. There is no guarantee that the items will drop even if you already have the Legendary Bow. If you have captured the bow from the Sanctum of Domination on normal difficulty, then you may have to wait longer for the Heroic or even Mythic upgrade.Support buffed - it will only take a minute.
